Although Meghaa started her career in banking, being a storyteller at heart, she quickly moved on to elearning, her true passion, in 2008. An Instructional Designer of over a decade, Meghaa has worked on several global projects, designing high-impact, custom elearning content for K12 and the corporate sector. Her comprehensive knowledge about learning systems and course design has enabled her to comfortably spearhead content strategy, content creation, storyboarding, scripting and production activities for elearning and online training programs for organisations in India, the UAE, the USA and Switzerland.

During her career as a trusted elearning expert to her clients, combined with a strong pedagogy in online course design methodologies, Meghaa has created several engaging and interactive online courses for clients across industries including Education, eCommerce, Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), Insurance, Travel & Tourism, Shipping & Logistics and more.

A published author of children’s books, Meghaa enjoys penning new story ideas, reading Janet Evanovich, baking cookies and sipping many cups of coffee and chilling with Thor, her beagle.
